Provides information regarding capital campaign including preparing for feasibility study, campaign strategy, active campaign leadership and evaluating organization’s potential and next steps

Creating a blueprint for a capital campaign:

Includes all the steps to create the donor pyramid, discussion of board participation and discussion regarding volunteer committees and leadership positions

Major Gift Program Facilitation:

Includes private meeting with each major gift officer, discussion and approval of overall strategy of the campaign as well as an overview of moves management and accountability; discussions to determine the expectations of dollars to be raised and number of gifts closed; includes a review of marketing materials and their use before they are printed

Annual Fund Campaigns

Assessment of overall program:

Includes evaluation of overall campaign numbers for the last 3-5 years including direct mail pieces, phoning, letters sent, talking to staff about desired results and how accurate are the projections
